Cipriani After-School Care, Inc. operates five programs in Belmont and San Carlos, serving approximately 300 children in total. Each location serves a different age group, from infants and toddlers through middle school. Our programs operate year round, with full day programming for infants/toddlers/pre-school and before and after school, vacation and holiday programming for elementary and middle school. We offer tuition assistance through our fee subsidy program, up to 75% for qualifying families. Our mission at Cipriani After-School Care, Inc. (CASC, Inc.) is to provide infants, children, youth and their families with quality programs in a safe, nurturing and enriching environment, through caring and professional staff and family involvement. CASC, Inc. believes children learn and master new skills through a variety of play experiences. We support and enhance the school day by providing and creating opportunities for children and youth to learn and experience new things through physical activity, social experience, hands-on participatory activity and choice.  Karen Haas-Foletta, Executive Director
Karen has been the Executive Director of Cipriani After-School Care, Inc. since the organization's start in 1994. She is a recognized leader in the school age and middle school child care field and has been in the field for more than 20 years. She holds two teaching credentials.
